This payment description outlines the terms and conditions for our custom service **Special Reduced Price AI Phone Service**. By subscribing to this service, you agree to the following:

1. Monthly Subscription Fee: The service is available at a recurring monthly rate of $118, which is non-refundable. Please note that while the monthly pricing is subject to change, it will remain fixed for the duration of each billing cycle. We cannot guarantee that this low price will be available indefinitely. This monthly subscription comes with AUTOMATIC USAGE REFILLS as priced below.

2. Usage Charges: In addition to the monthly subscription fee, there is a usage charge of $0.30 per minute. Usage is billed in increments of 100 minutes, with a minimum billing of 100 minutes per cycle. Additionally, if you utilize SMS features, a charge of $0.30 per SMS will apply. By using these features, you agree to these charges and acknowledge that they are non-refundable.

3. Automatic Billing:

   • Your card will be automatically charged for the first month's subscription fee, along with any applicable usage charges. Please note that new accounts will also incur an additional $30 charge for the first 100 minutes during the initial month, which is not included in the $118 special price.

   • Usage minute refills will be automatically charged to the same card on file at a rate of $30 per 100 minutes on a prepaid basis.

4. **Non-Refundable Services**: All payments for AI phone services and minutes/usage refills are non-refundable.

5. Terms of Service Agreement: By using our AI phone services, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our terms of service, available at https://lifetimevalued.com/terms-and-conditions. You agree to hold the service provider harmless for any disputed charges or errors made by the AI phone system. Please review these terms carefully before subscribing.

Note: The initial phone line setup may take 1-3 business days to become operational. You acknowledge that your billing will recur monthly based on today’s payment date, and this billing cycle includes the professional setup time.
